My background includes over 25 years of experience working in education, youth development, family engagement, and community outreach. Throughout my career, I have partnered with schools, families, and community organizations to create opportunities that empower students to take responsibility and be accountable for their decisions and strengthen family involvement..
My Story
Henri is the Co-owner of Harper Consulting, a small business consulting and educational leadership design firm. Their mission is to empower and support youth and families in acquiring the knowledge and confidence to pursue academic and self-sufficient endeavors. I owned a landscaping business for over 35 years. To support youth in changing their mindset about themselves. I have an extensive background working with communities; my strengths include listening and allowing communities and families to determine their paths. During this time, I established and maintained numerous highly successful relationships to gain a deeper understanding of the community's pursuit of expansion. Over the past 25 years, I have established countless lasting community relationships and developed versatility and innovative work practices. Mentoring has always been the corner stone of the work I do.
